5K!

 Jon, Ollie, and Noey ran a 5K the weekend I was in Fredericksburg. Jon is such a good dad to continue to sign our family up for 5k's when he has such terrible knees and ankles because our boys like to run. I was really proud of all 3 of them. Jon didn't die and finished, so he met all his goals. Ollie finished 1st place in his age category and 8th overall, with a time of around 23 minutes. Nolan ran the kids K, which was quite a bit shorter, and sprinted the entire race.
