We had so much fun celebrating Noey's birthday! We stuck candles in all of our meals (waffles, bananas, whatev) all weekend, just so we could sing again. Noey would sway to the tune and sing right along with us, trying to get all the "cha-cha-cha's" just the same as Ollie's. He was a champ at blowing out candles, delighted to see the lighter every time I pulled it out.
We decorated a corner of the basement for a Curious Nolan bday.
Beach balls and ball pit balls were the highlight of the party where we mostly just threw them at one another for a couple hours.
Mimi and Momo came for the weekend and Mimi introduced Noey to noise-makers.
We had chocolate covered bananas just for Noey and George.
On to ice cream after nap.
Complete with Juke Box lessons and dancing.
Carrying around his present from Momo and Mimi and practicing blowing kisses.
Nolan, I'm not sure it's possible for us to love you more. You are simply a delight. You are changing and talking more every day. While we want you to stay our baby forever, can't wait to see what 2 holds!
